Anger Management Program

Do people say you have a temper?  Do you find yourself getting into shouting matches over something really stupid, like whether to have chicken or ham for dinner?  Does someone cutting you off in traffic ruin your whole day?  Or do you look calm but think for days about something someone has done to you?   If any of the above can be answered yes, than you, like millions of others, have an anger problem.

What is an anger problem?

Anger is a natural emotion and an emotion by itself doesn't necessarily cause trouble. It's what a person does or how a person acts that may cause the trouble. There are two common forms of anger problems. One form is when you  feel justified by your anger to strike out verbally or physically against another person or property, like yelling at the dog when you’re mad at someone.  The second form, internalizing anger, can cause you to become physically ill or depressed.

Our anger management course provides you with the skills to identify and evaluate situations that cause anger and how to deal with that anger in positive, productive ways.  You'll like yourself better, and so will your dog!
