Affordable Mental Health Counseling Services

To the staff at FSA Counseling Center, community means quality mental health programs and services for everyone in Terre Haute and its surrounding counties. Quality care for our community means that all people have access to exceptional counseling and outreach programs when they choose to. FSA prioritizes this goal by providing individualized expert care.

Through our unique reduced-fee system, we provide a space for individuals who choose to come, but also open our door to  those who experience barriers to treatment. Community means providing the very best counseling services, programs, and educational outreach to everyone. We’ve stood by that definition since our start in 1862, and through our comprehensive patient services, strategic partnerships, and generous donations, we will be able to do so well into the future.

Right to Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. We are not responsible for a good faith estimate for people who are covered by insurance or grants. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, such as the clinical services you are receiving at FSA Counseling Center.

FSA Counseling Center will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your clinical service. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
